Some Placements Are Paid Advertisements
Some placements on this site are paid advertisements. Businesses and professionals — such as real estate agents, lenders, and related service providers — can purchase sponsored listings through our Advertise With Us page. Local real estate professional placements may be paid advertisements.
Multiple Sponsored Professionals May Appear
Sponsored placement is not exclusive. Multiple sponsored professionals may appear in the same county or placement category. Placement is sold as a flat monthly advertising fee, not as an exclusive arrangement.
Sponsored Placements Are Labeled
Every paid placement is clearly labeled as "Sponsored" (or "Paid Advertisement") so you can tell the difference between editorial content and advertising.
Priority Sponsors and Consumer-Submitted Requests
Priority Connection Sponsors receive higher-visibility sponsored placement. They may receive consumer-submitted connection requests only where the user has expressly asked to be contacted by a local real estate professional and has consented to sharing their information. We do not sell referrals or buyer connections, and information is never shared without that consent.
Paid Placement Is Not an Endorsement
A paid placement does not mean we endorse or recommend the advertiser. We do not evaluate, vet, or guarantee the quality of any advertiser’s services, and the presence of an advertisement is not a recommendation that you use that business. You should independently evaluate any real estate professional before choosing to work with them.
No Guarantee of Results
NY First Home Guide does not guarantee leads, clients, transactions, or closings to advertisers. Priority placement means higher advertising visibility only — not guaranteed clients, closings, or referrals.
Payments Are Flat Monthly Advertising Fees
Payments are flat monthly advertising fees and are not based on leads, referrals, or closed transactions. Advertising placement is never conditioned on closed transactions. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their advertising complies with all applicable licensing, brokerage, advertising, and disclosure rules.
